How long does it take to generate a hologram?
Most holograms take approximately 2–4 minutes to generate. Generation time may vary slightly depending on the selected creation method and current demand.
Can I use AI Holo Lab with holographic fans from other brands?
Yes. AI Holo Lab is not limited to Holofex devices. The exported holograms are designed to work with Holofex and other holographic fan displays that accept standard MP4 video files.
Will it keep my logo, branding and product details?
AI Holo Lab uses your uploaded image as the visual reference and is designed to preserve your logo, colours, packaging and important product details. For the best accuracy, upload a clear, high-resolution image. Because the result is AI-generated, small variations may occasionally occur.
How many generations does one hologram use?
Each completed hologram costs one generation.
Can I purchase additional generations?
Yes. You can add more generations whenever you need them. You do not need to wait for your current allowance to renew before creating more holograms.
What file type will I receive?
Your finished hologram is exported as a square MP4 video optimised for holographic display devices. It is ready to download and upload through your holographic fan’s application.
